All other products require a quote request — final pricing will be confirmed by our team before any order is processed.
3. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to contain errors in pricing or product information. Payment is required at the time of purchase for direct-purchase products. For quote-based orders, payment terms will be agreed upon separately.
4. Samples
Sample requests are subject to availability. Samples are provided to help evaluate materials before committing to a larger order. We reserve the right to limit the number of samples per request. Sample availability and shipping times may vary by product and manufacturer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide across the United States. Shipping times vary by product and manufacturer. Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our team to initiate a return. Custom-order items, cut-to-order materials, and samples may not be eligible for return. Products must be in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs may apply.

Results are approximate and should not be relied upon as exact representations of color, scale, or material appearance. Always request physical samples for final material evaluation.

Melfabco is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
